Position Summary

The Account Supervisor is the primary contact for both the day-to-day project work and strategic leadership on the Partnership team. This role requires a nimble, self-starter with a strong passion for the agency's work and the client's business. They will be responsible for owning client relationships while leading end-to-end influencer and organic social campaigns. The Account Supervisor should have sharp communication skills, think methodically and can confidently lead integrated agency teams to deliver great work. The Account Supervisor will manage relationships at all levels, represent the agency's vision to key stakeholders, and continuously identify opportunities for the client and agency business growth.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients end-to-end across Trade School's high-volume and high-velocity influencer and organic social programs
• Anticipate client needs and provide guidance to internal teams on how to best meet those needs
• Ensure the agency’s work is a reflection of our integrated expertise and is executed to the highest level of quality - supporting brand and overall strategy; briefs, POVs, creative, media plans, etc
• Possess a deep understanding of the client’s business to identify opportunities for incremental projects and assignments to grow the business
• In partnership with Project Management, follow agency best practices around client finance, including managing project budgets, estimates, invoice processing, expense reports, production costs and other financially related activities
• Maintain a clear understanding of agency legal, IP, and business affairs processes, and communicate this protocol to client teams 
• Keep track of latest social media and influencer marketing trends 
• Actively manage client expectations and status of marketing objectives through regular client check-ins, keeping the Group Account Director informed and elevating issues and opportunities as needed 

• Develop and manage junior team members, while identifying opportunities for individuals’ growth

Required Qualifications

• 6 years of relevant work experience, preferably at an agency
• Proven expertise in managing digital and social channels to effectively lead campaigns, guiding work from project inception to completion
• Experience in influencer marketing, as well as a strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices
• Strong understanding of all advertising agency disciplines and services
• Superb written and verbal communication skills
• Proven experience in thinking on your feet when presented with obstacles to an initial plan
• Bachelor’s Degree (BA or BS) required
