Job Description:

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our team as the Physical Therapy Clinic Director. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-years of experience as a licensed PT, combined with excellent leadership and management skills. As the Clinic Director, you will oversee all clinical operations, ensure high-quality patient care, and manage our team of physical therapists and support staff.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the day-to-day clinic operations of the physical therapy clinic.
• Supervise and mentor a team of physical therapists, assistants, and administrative staff.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Oversee patient treatment plans and provide direct patient care as needed.
• Engage in community outreach and marketing activities to promote clinic services.

Compensation:

• Competitive annual income of $100,000-$130,000 (Base salary immediate profit sharing)

• $1,500 - $2,000 in annual continuing education

Hours & Benefits :

• This will be a full-time, 40-hour per week position

• Licensed Physical Therapist (DPT preferred) in Idaho
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in physical therapy.
• Proven leadership and management experience in a healthcare setting.
