About The Role Wimbledon Common Care Home located in Wimbledon is recruiting for a brilliantly organised team player to join us as the Home Administrator Assistant. This is your opportunity to shine and bring a safe pair of hands to administrative tasks to ensure the smooth management of the Home. Your job is to support the Home Manager and the Administrator in daily process tasks such as data entry, data collection and sharing, financial administration, staff rota communication and providing important business information to Group Support Centre. You will love managing your systems and staying on top of paperwork, becoming the ‘go-to’ for your colleagues looking for information, all whilst demonstrating our values of being Proud, Supportive and Caring. Part Of Your Responsibility May Include
Documentation for payroll to be completed and sent to payroll each month and meet payroll close deadline.
Ensuring all team members have full DBS before probationary period expires.
Set up personnel file with all documentation and maintain files.
Inputting new starter details onto HR system
Responds to recruitment enquiries
Prepare a set of joining instructions to be issued to all new starters
Organize room etc for training and ensure all team members sign the attendance register
Print training certificate for all training courses and place a copy on file
Update the training system with all training attended
Review training database and ensure team members attend induction/refresher training
General admin Support as and when requested by General Manager
