Cedarcrest is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work under the clinical supervision of the Physical Therapist, providing direct physical therapy services and consultation to our patients. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the Physical Therapist in the development and implementation of treatment programs designed to enhance the physical well-being and functional abilities of our residents.
The goal for this position is to improve carryover and continuity of care. We are interested in candidates who enjoy some autonomy, is confident and has the ability to work well with others and guide others in treatment plans and goals.
