Technical Analyst, Digital Systems

As wecontinue to expand our operations and embrace technological advancements, weare seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Analyst to join ourdynamic team. Successful candidates possess the demonstrated ability toconnect technology and business including the evaluation of complex businessand technical requirements as well as creating clear and concise documentation.We value teamwork and independence. What You’ll Do:

• Play critical role in overseeing the planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of our organization’s digital applications, customer data and loyalty platforms and integrations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage system integration projects, and ensure the optimal performance and security of our technology infrastructure
• Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for technology driven improvements and innovation
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, promoting continuous learning and development
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of digital and loyalty projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
• Work closely with business, product, and project teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
• Be the liaison between product, restaurant systems, internal departments, and engineering to elicit, translate and drive prioritization of business objectives and requirements
• Verify that implementation meetsrequirements in partnership with QA team members
•  Partner with architecture team and owndocumentation of architecture and design diagrams as needed
• Collaborate with cybersecurity and engineering teams to establish and enforce security and technology protocols for systems and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
• Ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported, and resolved in timely manner including root cause analysis
• Ensure work is completed in such a way to comply with established IT processes and internal controls (i.e. change management, production control, following standards, architecture review, incident response, PCI and PII information security, etc.)
• Lead teams to accomplish priorities and initiatives with the impact for the guest in mind Abide by policies and procedures that support the service mindset
• Manage timeline expectations within and across teams, deliver on our responsibilities accordingly
• Earn the trust of Team Members and Managers by consistently embracing CAVA’s values
• Show discipline in bringing consistent performance, communication, and attitude to the job every day
• Actively contribute to your department in order to complete tasks and meet company goals
• Recognize the emotional stake each Team Member has in personal and organizational success of this business

The Qualifications:

• Proven working experience and success overseeing digital systems in a complex organization delivering results for at a minimum of 3 years
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving skills and knowledge of technical management
• Experienced with information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
• Expertise in data integrations
• Proven ability to assess complex business requirements and to lead requirements and design definition sessions to facilitate the development of effective business solutions
• Proven ability to write comprehensive, clear, and concise business requirements documents and user stories
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, system integration and emerging technologies and the ability to learn new technologies quickly
• Ability to communicate verbally to technical and non-technical audiences and at all levels of the organization
• Solid understanding of Business Process Modeling
• Detail-oriented mindset, self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision
• Solid knowledge of Office products (Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio)
• Adherence to change management and documentation standards
• Restaurant, Retail, Loyalty and/or customer data experience preferred
• Occasional travel as required

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to maintain stationary position to be able to operate acomputer and other office equipment
• Must be able to identify, analyze and assess details
• For certain positions, must be able to occasionally move ortransport items up to 50 pounds 
• Ability to communicate with others and exchange informationaccurately and effectively
• Constantly positions self and move about to support ordinaryrestaurant or food production support or office operations, as applicable
• Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safemanner
