Join arguably one of the best and fastest growing social media teams in content. This is an important role. We produce 10’s of millions of monthly short form views and believe that this will be one of our core areas for growth. You will work very closely with our CEO Codie Sanchez and be a part of a team that has worked with some of the biggest creators and brands in the world.

If you have a proven track record of curating and crafting compelling, trendsetting content that resonates with diverse audiences, we would love to have a word with you. We are on the hunt for a Social Media Content Manager to orchestrate our short-form content. This pivotal role entails a blend of creative leadership, execution and strategic planning, encompassing both Codie Sanchez's personal brand, our new top 100 business podcast The BigDeal Podcast, and our business community account.

Your mission will be to craft and implement innovative content strategies across Youtube Shorts, TikTok and Instagram Reels. The ideal candidate will exhibit a flair for trendsetting content creation, coupled with a keen understanding of the digital media landscape.

You will obsess over every level of executing the day-to-day platform management of short-form video. You love the game of content creation and understand the power of a great hook and storytelling. You will also lead a team of editors and enjoy developing platform-specific videos, strategies and have an elite pulse on the current meta of what types of content generate the most growth. You have experience growing accounts on Youtube Shorts, Instagram and TikTok, and have a keen eye for virality, without sacrificing quality because of your intense attention to detail. You understand the workflows behind content production and scheduling, and what energizes you is a high-paced creative environment.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience and success in managing social media accounts and creating compelling short-form content, especially on Youtube Shorts, TikTok and Instagram Reels.
• Proven ability to lead short-form feedback and reviews, manage short-form editors, and oversee short-form script writing and review.
• Proven ability to work with top-tier creators and produce viral short-form content, with examples to show.
• Ability to set short-form filming and editing priorities, manage editor communication, and lead short-form podcast timestamps.
• Exceptional storytelling ability, with a knack for crafting engaging narratives and hooks that captivate audiences and enhance retention.
• Skilled at curating Masterclass and Course Launch content and engaging Instagram Stories.
• Fantastic speed in executing ideas and integrating them into trending videos.
• Strong leadership and collaborative skills.
• A discerning eye for quality and an impeccable sense of taste in content creation, from visual aesthetics to auditory elements.
• Ability to conduct platform analysis for Youtube Shorts, Instagram and TikTok to guide content strategies.
• Strong collaborative skills, with experience working closely with video editors and other content creators to refine and enhance final products.
• Deep understanding of current social media trends, best practices, and audience preferences, with the ability to translate this knowledge into successful content strategies.

The “Silver Tsunami” is in full effect, with Baby Boomers retiring and their businesses needing a succession plan.
