South Dade KIA of Homestead is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Sales Product Specialist to join our growing team. The Sales Product Specialist delivers a fast and transparent buying experience for our clients and creating their perfect deal.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Approach and greet customers politely and promptly upon arrival to the lot and guide prospects through sales process 
• Assist customers in selecting their ideal vehicle by asking questions, listening carefully to their responses, and reviewing current inventory availability
• Enhance the customer experience and advance sales process by performing high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles
• Promote model options and features, value-add products and services, and purchase/finance options following dealership policies
• Assist management with increasing and maximizing sales by inspecting the lot vehicle’s daily reporting, ensuring the lot is merchandised correctly, and reporting any issues to the General Manager

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong interpersonal, consultative, and interpersonal skills in person and over the phone
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
• Outgoing and friendly personality, especially while handling objections
• Persistent, competitive and possess a strong work ethic
• Persuasive and able to overcome customer objections during the sales process
• Previous sales experience with proven track record of success
• Complete Pre-employment Background check and Drug Screening 
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
