Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Specialist to join our team. As an Insurance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their insurance needs and providing exceptional customer service. This position requires excellent communication skills, sales administration experience, and knowledge of insurance sales.

Duties:
- Communicate with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business opportunities
- Negotiate insurance policies and coverage terms with insurance providers
- Analyze insurance market trends and recommend appropriate products to clients
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of client information
- Provide sales administration support, including processing applications, claims, and policy changes

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in insurance sales or related field
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus
- Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance products
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance requirements
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
