Take patient histories and vital signs, and perform preliminary physical requirements. Administer injections, perform lab testing and phlebotomy, and communicate lab results to providers and nursing staff. Prepare exam and treatment rooms with necessary instruments and maintain supplies and equipment for treatments. Coordinate appointment scheduling, prior authorizations, and chart management, ensuring accurate and timely documentation. Visit residential locations as assigned by leadership, conducting health and medical reviews as instructed. Support staff in communications with doctors, pharmacies, and other medical specialists, ensuring seamless coordination of care. Accompany individuals to medical appointments, ensuring their rights are protected and providing direct support and care hours as needed. Complete documentation in a timely manner according to company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality and following safeguarding protocols. Participate in required meetings and perform other duties as assigned by nursing staff and leadership. Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required. Must be a qualified Phlebotomist Graduate from an accredited Medical Assistant Program or Licensed Practical Nurse in applicable state. CPR certification preferred. Phlebotomy training and previous lab experience preferred. One year of experience in a physician office setting preferred.
