About the Role (Inventory Technician):

Greenleaf is one of the largest vertically integrated operators under Ohio’s Medical Marijuana Control Program. We are responsible for the complete product journey from seed to sale to provide affordable medical marijuana products and care to Ohioans. Greenleaf operates its Cultivation/Processing operations out of a state-of-the-art facility located in Middlefield. We currently operate five retail dispensaries in Cleveland, Columbus, Canton, Akron, and Wickliffe. Our locations operate under the nationally acclaimed brand The Botanist. How you’ll make a difference (required duties and responsibilities):

• Primary responsibility will be the accurate pulling, packing, manifesting and general fulfillment of finished cannabis or cannabis infused goods.
• Printing order invoices and adjustment of order statuses
• Coordinating with logistics and security teams to acknowledge completion of order fulfillment process ahead of delivery.
• Creation of relevant inventory tags across multiple inventory systems
• Quality control of finished goods during fulfillment
• Responsible for the safe and compliant organization of finished product vaults, as required by fire code, medical marijuana control program and internal standard operating procedures
• Verification of pulled items and updating physical inventory counts for use during audits.
• Preparation of all non-cannabis items for delivery including marketing material, device equipment, patient education information, promotional literature, etc.
• Assist Inventory Manager with weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual inventory audits by confirming on-hand inventory levels of all tagged items by taking weights, measurements and counts.
• Assist as needed with third party laboratory testing personnel while they are at the facility, gathering samples.
• Additional tasks may be assigned at the discretion of management personnel.

Skills to be Successful (minimum qualifications):

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory control or related field
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office skills specifically with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of computer and office equipment and programs
• Excellent time-management skills; ability to effectively plan and prioritize.
• Extensive math skills required for inventory, projections, measurements.
