The OpportunityWithin Aeroflow, the Product Engineering team is composed of 50 team members including Software Engineers, Product Owners, Quality Testers, UX and UI experts. As a patient-first organization, we understand that user research will help us better understand our patient needs as well as develop better technology and products to serve those patient needs. The OpportunityWithin Aeroflow, the Product Engineering team is composed of 50 team members including Software Engineers, Product Owners, Quality Testers, UX and UI experts. As a patient-first organization, we understand that user research will help us better understand our patient needs as well as develop better technology and products to serve those patient needs. Therefore, this role contributes directly to the success of our next stage of growth as a company.
- We focus on delivering high quality, best in class digital products and experiences to our patients and our internal colleagues.
- We support all of Aeroflow’s business units: Breast Pumps, Diabetes, Urology and Sleep.
- Review live site recordings of user sessions for patterns and themes to identify friction in our live site patient experiences. Document findings and results, collaborate with UX researcher to distill into a thesis and present.
- Review new and archived user testing data for patterns and themes to answer questions posted by UX researcher and business.
- Review new and archived a/b testing results for patterns and themes to answer questions posted by UX researcher and business.
- Set up basic a/b tests on staging for review by UX researcher and approval to replicate on the live sites.
- Support in putting together presentations and findings for business stakeholders.
- Partner To support with UX Researcher on research needs to identify themes and make succinct recommendations based on data trends and observations.

- Maintain HIPAA/patient confidentiality
- The ideal candidate is curious about how people engage with the world around them, specifically the internet- and eager to join a fast paced and highly driven team to turn ideas into user-centric experiences. The ideal candidate also possesses the following qualities:
- Capable of building strong professional relationships quickly with many team members as this individual will work across all business units.
- Self-starter who can take direction then work autonomously to complete projects.
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in the following or related field: Data Science, Statistics, Psychology, Cognitive Science, Human Factors, HCI or HCD
- Proficient using google docs, google slides and google sheets
- Experience or interest in design, web design, web development, coding.
- Experience or interest in the healthcare or health insurance fields.
- To manage multiple projects at the same time.
- Take constructive feedback as a learning opportunity.
- Curious about human nature and what motivates us.
- Natural sense of compassion for your fellow man, and a desire to make lives better.
