Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and motivated Full-Stack Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end solutions for our real estate marketplace platform. You will work closely with the product teams to turn product and technical requirements into scalable and efficient software solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy robust and scalable web applications using NextJS and Supabase.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Architect and implement user-friendly and responsive user interfaces that provide an exceptional user experience across devices and platforms.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
• Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to ensure code quality, consistency, and performance.
• Implement automated tests and participate in testing efforts to ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of applications.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, tools, and trends in web development and incorporate them into our technical stack as appropriate.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and participate in agile development processes to deliver high-quality software solutions on time and within budget.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 3 years of professional experience in full-stack web development, with a proven track record of delivering end-to-end solutions using Typescript
• Proficiency in React or similar front-end frameworks; experience in Jotai preferred
• Sufficiently versatile to adopt any new component library; Shadcn experience preferred
• Experience with PostgreSQL and writing SQL; RLS policy experience strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of RESTful API and ability to pick up any SDKs
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
