JOB TITLE: Inventory Specialist (Part Time)

SALARY: $25.00 per hour

Do you have retail experience? Are you organized, great at math and confident with excel? If yes, we have the perfect job for you. We are looking for an individual to help maintain accurate inventory records based on actual counts, you will work to control on-hand inventory and reduce shrinkage. High School Diploma or GED required. College-level coursework in Business Management, computer coding, mathematics desired.

QUALIFICATIONS:

If you possess the following skills you will be able to excel in this role:

• One year of prior retail, sales, or data entry; or a combination of prior experience and education.
• Prior experience with Hardware or Building Materials is Highly Desired
• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Proficiency in basic math calculations for inventory management purposes
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in Excel
• Ability to follow Data patterns from multiple sources for consolidation for input, update, or correction
• Familiarity with EPICOR System a plus
• College-level coursework in Business Management, computer coding, Mathematics, or other related discipline is desired

Skills, Knowledge, Abilities

• Ability to read and write and to understand written or verbal directions
• Ability to perform basic math, create and maintain records, complete basic forms
• Ability to communicate with Employees in person, by phone, by radio, and in writing
• Ability to employ Good Interpersonal skills and etiquette
• Ability to display good judgment and problem solving abilities
• Ability to follow Data patterns from multiple sources for consolidation for input, update, or correction

Physical Demands:

• Ability to see clearly at distances and up-close
• Ability to Sit for extended periods of time using computer(s)
• Manual Dexterity and Coordination
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds often and up to 50 pounds occasionally
