Program Manager (PM) will supervise, coordinate, and review the work of a diverse team of engineering, technical, and analytical support personnel performing the tasks listed in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

Other duties include accurate estimation and execution of manpower needs, budgeting, scheduling, and assignment of work in order to meet scheduled completion dates.

The PM will coordinate and manage the activity of all functional areas related to the acquisition, maintenance, and sustainment of all programs, projects, and efforts assigned to the program office.

• Bachelor's level degree in any technical or managerial discipline.
• 10 years of qualifying experience 
• Experience supporting Naval Special Warfare (NSW) and/or Special Operations Forces (SOF) in resourcing, acquisitions, or contract management related positions.
• Experience at financial analyses and the budget and program process.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products/ services; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred:

• Master’s degree in a related discipline
• 15 or more years of qualifying experience 
• PMP and/or DAWIA Level III PM
