They are looking to bring on a Head of Treasury to play a large role in the company’s treasury operations, ensuring efficient cash flow, investment, and risk management to support the company’s financial objectives. Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage cash positions while forecasting cash flow for production, marketing, and distribution activities.
• Develop and optimize cash pooling strategies while managing financial relationships to support project funding.
• Supervise banking operations, including account maintenance and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee the management of investment portfolios and debt, providing performance analysis and strategic insights.
• Implement and maintain treasury management systems and tools specifically designed for the entertainment industry.
• Streamline and automate treasury processes to improve efficiency in handling production finances.
• Lead and mentor the treasury team, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement in alignment with creative objectives.

Qualifications

• 5 years of progressive treasury experience ideally in entertainment/hospitality industry
• Solid foundation of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the proven ability to communicate effectively both within the Finance department and cross-functionally
• Experience with accounting ERP system such as NetSuite preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
