The Customer Service Representative plays a crucial role in maintaining the relationship with the customer and managing their needs. The CSR is responsible for coordinating with customers and internal teams to provide sales and order information. As a point of contact, the CSR is accountable for managing incoming communications and customer inquiries, generating sales leads that develop into new customers, and providing solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Providing exceptional customer experiences.
Assists both external customers and internal teams with order entry, order status, quotes, invoicing, and any necessary follow ups.
Handling export documents.
Addressing customer concerns and resolving queries and issues.
Coordinate with internal teams on production, distribution, and transportation.
Maintains records and collection of customer data.
Ensures that material safety data sheets are maintained and readily accessible when needed.
Discovering sales opportunities with existing customers and locating potential new leads.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education & Experience
Bachelors Degree in International Business, Communication, or similar education. (preferred)
2-5 years of experience in a Sales or Customer Service role.
Bi-lingual in English and Spanish. (preferred)
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit for extended periods, often in front of a computer, while assisting customers via phone and email.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
