We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our Electrical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of electrical projects, from initial planning to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Project Manager will collaborate closely with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and budget requirements. Coordinate with stakeholders to define project deliverables and milestones.
• Manage resources effectively, including labor, materials, and equipment, to ensure efficient project execution. Procure necessary resources and ensure their timely delivery to the construction site.
• Provide leadership and direction to project teams, including contractors, electricians, engineers, technicians, and subcontractors. Delegate tasks, monitor progress, and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise.
• Identify potential risks and obstacles that may impact project delivery and develop mitigation strategies accordingly. Proactively manage risks throughout the project lifecycle to minimize their impact on schedule and budget.
• Maintain open and transparent communication channels with all stakeholders, including clients, team members, and management. Provide regular updates on project progress, milestones, and any changes to scope or timeline.
• Monitor project budgets closely, tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to financial constraints. Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement measures to optimize project profitability.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and standards. Implement safety protocols and procedures to minimize the risk of accidents or injuries on the construction site.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings, and change orders. Keep detailed records of project activities, expenses, and milestones.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager.
• Commercial Construction experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
• Proficiency in most estimating, management, and scheduling software: Procore, Bluebeam, Accubid, Conest as well as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to communicate with a wide spectrum of individuals.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum of (5) five years’ experience in Project Management or Estimating.
• Active industry specific certification.
