Experience:
The successful candidate should possess the following skills:
- Proficiency in patient care across various specialties including pediatrics, cardiac catheterization, and neonatal ventilator care
- Experience in sterile processing, infection control, and adherence to clinical standards
- Ability to ventilate patients as needed and manage critical care situations effectively
Requirements:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing
- Current Nurse Practitioner license
- Certification as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of practice
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment
