C&H International is currently seeking a Client Support Representative or CSR in Pennsylvania

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer multiple client phone calls daily.
• Learn our business, products, processes, and customers. Update skills and job knowledge on an on-going basis by reading, attending professional functions, and learning from others.
• Assist our team with the development of solutions to improve workflow and communication.
• Handling customer service inquiries and problems via phone, e-mail, web, text, social media and occasional in-person interactions.
• Respond to billing, technical, shipping and all other customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Will handle various projects assigned to by leadership from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent computer skills and the ability to work in various customer service web portals.
• Teamwork mentality and cooperative attitude toward co-workers and supervisors.
• A high school diploma or a GED; college degree preferred.
• A thorough knowledge of common office software programs such as Excel, Word, and Outlook, as well as the ability to learn new applications to service our clients.
• Ability to multi task.
• Superior communication (verbal & written), ability to motivate, prioritize, and organize in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work as a member of a team
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to organize simultaneous tasks
• Ability to address issues, follow up and implement solutions as required.
