Job Summary: We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. Duties: - Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting - Prepare and cook meals according to dietary restrictions and client preferences - Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning and organizing client's living space - Provide companionship and emotional support to clients - Assist with medical documentation, including recording vital signs and reporting any changes in client's condition - Administer medication reminders as directed by healthcare professionals - Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques - Provide specialized care for clients with developmental disabilities or dementia - Perform catheter care and tube feeding as required Requirements: - Previous experience in senior care or related field is preferred - Ability to cook nutritious meals for clients based on dietary needs - Knowledge of medical documentation procedures - Strong attention to cleanliness and hygiene practices - Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or dementia is a plus - Ability to take vital signs accurately - Physical ability to lift and transfer clients safely - Familiarity with catheter care and tube feeding protocols Benefits: - Competitive pay rates based on experience and qualifications - Flexible scheduling options available - Ongoing training and professional development opportunities If you are a compassionate individual who enjoys making a difference in the lives of others, we encourage you to apply for the position of Home Health Aide.
