Duties

Direct nursing care with excellence in assessment skills, identification of potentialproblems,collaboratingwithdisciplines,administeringtreatment and evaluating outcomes.

Report all significant changes of resident condition to primary care physiciansandresidentsfamiliesand/ordesignatedPOAsandguardiansin a timely manner.

Reporttooncomingshiftscompletelyandconciselywithoutlineddetail with what needs to be followed through.

Identifyareasofconcernthatneedtobecommunicatedtoyournursing supervisor or Director of Nursing.

Documentationofnursingnotesmustbecomplete,concise,informativeand descriptive and reflect a residents condition.

Overviewofallnursingsupportcaretoensurethatitisdoneadequatelyand according to resident choice and wishes.

Requirements

Mustpossessacurrent,unencumberedlicensetopracticeasanRNorLPN in the state of Maine.

Mustbephysicallyabletodothejobeffectivelyforyourscheduledshift.

Mustbeabletoworkindependentlyandpossessleadershipandsupervisory skills.

Mustbeabletocommunicateeffectivelytoallpersonssurroundedinthe quality of life of each of your residents.
