**Position Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Property Manager to oversee our 126-unit apartment rental community, a HUD subsidized property. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in property management, particularly with HUD Programs such as Section 8, HCVP, LIHTC, and PBC.

**Responsibilities:**

- Manage day-to-day operations of the property, including leasing, maintenance, and resident relations.

- Ensure compliance with all HUD regulations and guidelines.

- Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and rent collection.

- Supervise property staff and contractors.

- Implement marketing strategies to attract and retain residents.

- Foster a positive community atmosphere and address resident concerns promptly and effectively.

**Qualifications:**

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Assistant Property Manager, preferably with HUD subsidized properties.

- Thorough understanding of HUD Programs, including Section 8, HCVP, LIHTC, and PBC.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.

- Ability to effectively manage budgets and financial reporting.

- Experience with Yardi or similar property management software is preferred.

- Former assistant public housing authority property managers are encouraged to apply.
