REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES
The following duties are typical for this classification. Incumbents may not perform all of the listed duties and/or may be required to perform additional or different duties from those set forth below to address business needs and changing business practices.
Provides exemplary front line customer service; greets patrons at registration counter; collects fees; answers phones; takes program registrations; maintains filing system; provides general information to the public; maintains daily receipts; provides administrative support to staff; and performs related work as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
The following generally describes the knowledge and ability required to enter the job and/or be learned within a short period of time in order to successfully perform the assigned duties.
Age: Applicants must be at least 16 years of age.
Experience: Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge and skills is qualifying; excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; following oral and written instructions; working cooperatively with others; being neat, orderly and honest; interpreting policies and procedures.
LENGTH OF EMPLOYMENT
This is a Part-Time/Seasonal Position. Hours may be scheduled to work 15 to 25 hours a week. Hours may vary during normal business hours.
