TRC Talent Solutions seeks a full time Technical Sales Engineer for a rapidly growing European based electrical manufacturer with their US operation in the Greater Atlanta area. Ideally seeking a candidate with prior electrical manufacturing experience with technical sales experience, college degree in a related field and ability to travel at least 60% nationwide.

Position Requirements:

• Make visits to consultant companies, general contractors, electrical contractors, and others as a technical expert.
• Provide technical information and services required by the customers.
• Provide customers with services including preliminary measurements, shop drawings,
• technical clarifications, and supervision services, if necessary
• Develop new relationships with and make visits to potential customers in the investor
• company customer portfolio, especially in the datacenter, EV manufacturing, chip
• manufacturing, high rise, transportation construction, oil & gas, and renewable energy.
• Participate in the new market development activities of the company headquarters by assisting
• their market and marketing research efforts when necessary.
• Give full support to the company distributors on all matters; carry on the marketing and sales
• visits together with the distributor whenever feasible.
• Organize marketing undertakings via activities such as sales conferences, seminars,
• advertisements, creating magazine articles, participating in exhibitions and factory visits to the corporate office in Turkey.
• Establish a high level of customer satisfaction through timely response to customer inquiries,
• with clear and effective communications, and professional presence.
• Collaborate and communicate with all the stakeholders, especially developing friendly
• relations within the company which is one of the major core values of the company.

The ideal candidate has the following qualifications:

• An engineering degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering
• Technical sales experience in low voltage electrical distribution industry.
• Preferably knowledge of the busway sales channel and client network
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly growing environment, managing multiple priorities
• in a deadline-oriented environment.
• Highly motivated, self-starting individual with initiative and drive to succeed.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build and deliver effective
• presentations.
• Strong time management and follow up skills.
• Computer and software experience with AutoCad and MS Office programs.
• Willing to travel up to 60% of the time, the territory will be all US.
