Family run home care agency seeking a FT RN Clinical Manager M-F, 32-40 hours with some flexibility to set your schedule. Experience in home health not necessary as agency will train ideal candidate. Demonstrated ability to supervise and direct professional administrative personnel. Has excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills. Candidate would provide oversight of all patient care services and personnel including making patient and personnel assignments; coordinating patient care; coordinating referrals; assuring patient needs are continually assessed: and assuring the development, implementation, and updates of the individualized plan of care.
