Our team specializes in residential and commercial disaster cleanup including water damage and fire damage cleanup. Water damage remediation which consists of water extraction, drying services, and restoration. Fire damage cleaning of contents and structure in addition to inventory, packing and moving services. We also clean carpet, upholstery, and specialize in mold remediation and disinfecting residential and commercial properties.

You may be a great fit for this position if you have previous experience in park service, sales, moving, driving, warehouse, restoration, construction, customer service, labor jobs, maintenance and landscaping.

Primary Responsibilities

Ø Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project.

Ø Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and clean equipment appearance.

Ø Prepare rooms/areas for work activities. Set up staging area and equipment for each project.

Ø Perform light construction and demolition as directed by supervisor.

Ø Leave jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance.

Ø Perform production processes following SERVPRO® production guidelines per work order per crew chief directions.

Ø Ensure clear two-way communication with crew chief and other technicians (especially regarding customer needs and concerns).

Ø Perform water damage repair to include water extraction, pack-out of contents, removing /disposing of non-salvageable materials

Ø Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown. Leave jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance.

Position Requirements

Ø Effective oral communication

Ø Basic math skills

Ø Reports to work on time in a clean, complete uniform

Ø Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred

Ø 24 emergency in-call rotation

Ø High school diploma/GED

Ø Valid Driver’s License and satisfactory driving record

Ø IICRC certifications preferred

Ø Must be able to prioritize activities and meet deadlines

Ø Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance

Ø Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics)

Ø Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time

Ø Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects

Ø Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals

Ø Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary

Ø Ability to successfully complete a background check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
