Blueprint Creative Group (BP), as strategic planners, address our client’s business objectives using whatever means necessary whether that be business planning and transformation, brand positioning, business development, innovation, training and development, or digital modernization.

Client retains us to create business transformation beyond communications planning by discovering which business and marketing KPIs we can improve or impact. To achieve this, our Company is seeking to fill this position.

• Collaborating with internal and external design talent on creative requests such as: white papers, infographics, data sheets, website materials, social media assets, event collateral, presentation decks, and more 

• Staying up to date on the latest presentation design trends to offer fresh new ideas while working within the BP brand guidelines 

• Working with partners to develop materials that respect BP and clients’ brands 

• Working with other designers to collaborate and share files throughout a project lifecycle 

• Strong design portfolio demonstrating a command of typography, color and layout 

• Demonstrated ability to work within established brand guidelines while finding fresh and creative solutions to design problems 

• Excellent communication, time management and problem-solving skills 

• Ability to create high-level work in a fast-paced environment 

• Strong attention to detail 

• Expert creating presentations (Google Slides and PPT), social graphics and layout documents using Styles 

• Experience using project management software (Asana, JIRA, etc.) 

• InDesign

• Illustrator 

• Photoshop 

• PowerPoint/Google Slides 

• Basic illustration skills (i.e., icons) 

• Bonus: Basic HTML/CSS skills, or an interest in developing in this area
