Responsibilities:

• Responsible for picking and processing orders
• Responsible for receiving and processing shipments
• Responsible for loading, unloading, palletizing and stacking product
• Responsible for using material handling equipment to transport components to all stations on the production line
• Maintain a professional, courteous, motivational and enthusiastic style
• Maintain timely and consistent communication

Essential Skills and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• General warehouse or distribution center knowledge
• Prior experience in successfully handling time sensitive projects and meeting assigned deadlines
• Good computer skills in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Good communication skills (written and oral) to effectively communicate and report information to all levels of the Company and effectively communicate with international vendors
• Ability to problem solve as needed
• Keen problem solving skills
• Organizational skills including the ability to prioritize work/projects and answer questions related to work assignments in a fast paced environment
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Possess a team oriented mentality
• Ability to prioritize work, be self-motivated and work with minimal supervision
• Ability to multi-task on a routine basis, be detail-oriented, have a proactive mindset and have the ability to perform the job under a moderate to high level of stress
• Willingness to be potentially exposed to moving mechanical parts and tools, moving powered industrial equipment, moving vehicles, fumes or airborne particles, high places, changing weather conditions and moderate to high noise level in a Distribution Center environment
