Healing Hope Community, Inc. (HHCI) is one of Maryland’s newest non-profit mental health organizations. HHCI prides itself in being a clinician-led organization committed to strengthening and enhancing the lives of individuals experiencing mental health challenges in the community. We aspire to be a leading non-profit mental health organization that prioritizes the needs of our clients and personnel, which ultimately places everyone in a position to be successful and thrive in their environments.
HHCI has begun its search for Rehabilitation Counselors (RC) who will initially be hired as part-time or full-time 1099 independent contractors. As the organization grows, Counselors will have the option to join the team as part-time or full-time employees with benefits.
HHCI believes in investing in and compensating counselors fairly. We anticipate compensating our counselors between 35-50% of the insurance rates. Counselors can expect to make between $98.66 - $328.50 per month per client, which depends on the amount of services provided to the client monthly, the location of the services that are provided, and the compensation rate that is negotiated upon hire.
The remaining percentages are utilized for administrative, operational, and other clinical purposes required to sustain the organization. We believe in transparency as it pertains to compensation, and are open to discussing these purposes in more detail with candidates who are interested.
This position is currently remote and field-based, but will require the RC to report to the office (located in Baltimore, MD) as needed. Remote work capabilities are available for as long as tele-health services are permitted by HHCI’s regulators and funding sources. The need to report to the office will be determined and communicated to the RC by the APD/PD/CEO.
