Lab Manager, DVH United Health Services is seeking a Lab Manager to join our Laboratory department at DVH in Walton, NY. This position is benefits eligible. Shift Day Hours per week: 40 Salary range: $40.87 - $62.19 per hour, depending on experience. Overview Manages the day-to-day operation of the Laboratory. Works closely with technologists, therapists, doctors, nurses, and office staff to ensure the business day runs smoothly. Supervises, evaluates and counsels staff in accordance with hospital policies. Ensures the Department meets all state and federal standards. Operates within the parameters of the hospital/department operating plan and goals. Qualifications Education/Experience Minimum Required: Medical Technologist who is qualified as a supervisor per New York State Department of Health, Clinical Laboratory Evaluation Program (CLEP), Clinical Laboratory Standard of Practice.
