This role is generally during normal business hours but does require the flexibility to support a 24/7 operation as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Demonstrated team leadership/supervision is required.

• Demonstrated experience working with technology is required.

• Experience working with multiple inter-related software applications.

• Demonstrated experience troubleshooting and solving problems.

• 5 years previous leadership experience in a Virtual Monitoring Center or Call Center is a plus.

• Collaboration and multi-tasking skills are a must.

• Able to form, foster, and maintain strong positive business relationships with internal staff.

• Ability to demonstrate confidence and the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.

• The ability to develop and deliver information (presentations) to our client’s leadership, BOS Security leadership and peer groups is critical.

• Analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate information with attention to detail and accuracy is critical.
