Development/Construction Accountant

A well respected client in Columbia, MD is seeking a Construction Accountant to handle financials for development, tenant improvements, and capital projects. Fantastic benefits, bonus, and stock options!

Responsibilities:

• Month-end close
• Journal entries
• Tenant billings, variance analysis, financial projections
• Invoices and vendor payments
• Prepare tax filings

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
• 1-4 years or accounting experience with increased responsibility - Will consider recent grads with strong intern experience
• Proficiency using MS Office applications and ability to learn company software
• Experience with Yardi Voyager is a plus
