Requirements

Requirements:

• ServSafe Food Handler's Certification is mandatory.

• At least 1 year of experience in a baking assistant role or similar capacity.

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain high-quality standards.

• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

• A passion for baking, particularly French macarons, is highly desirable.

Job Duties: 

• Ingredient Preparation: Weigh, measure, and prepare ingredients with precision to ensure the quality of our macarons.

• Piping: Skillfully pipe macaron batter, demonstrating consistency in size and shape for perfect macarons.

• Assembling: Carefully match and assemble macarons, paying close attention to detail and presentation.

• Packaging: Package macarons and prepare orders for both in-store customers and delivery, ensuring a delightful unboxing experience.

• Washing Dishes: Maintain cleanliness and organization by washing dishes and baking tools promptly.

• Cleaning Work Station: Keep the baking area tidy and sanitary by cleaning work stations before and after use.
