Position SummaryNextant is looking for a Recruiter Sourcer to join their consultant firm. As a Talent Sourcer, you will be a key contributor to the business by partnering closely with hiring managers and HR partners to develop comprehensive recruiting strategies that enhance our ability to attract and secure top talent. As a Sourcer, you will identify and attract potential candidates for open contract positions within Nextant. Your primary focus will be on proactive candidate search and engagement. As a Sourcer, you will utilize various sourcing techniques, such as searching professional networks, and databases, to find candidates with relevant skills and experience. You will generate candidate leads and build pipelines of potential talent for contract roles with Nextant.
We are looking for someone who is results-driven, resilient, able to work independently, can think outside the box, and has strong interpersonal skills. To be successful, you should have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, a deep understanding of the recruitment/sourcing process, and the ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands. You should also feel comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be committed to delivering exceptional results.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • High school diploma with relevant experience required.
  • 2-4 years of experience in sourcing, ensuring both the candidate and hiring team are satisfied customers.
  • Verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiar with the full life cycle recruitment process, including job requisition, sourcing, screening, candidate submissions, candidate management, and tracking system (ATS).
  • Ability to perform a variety of professional recruiting functions in support of identifying, evaluating, and selecting qualified candidates.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Maintain responsibility for the sourcing process, including job requisition, sourcing, screening, and candidate management.
  • Identify candidates from numerous sources, efficiently use our applicant tracking system (ATS), write advertisements, screen, and qualify candidates.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activity and candidate information utilizing our ATS.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to establish goals, objectives, and hiring priorities.

ACADEMIC BACKGROUND

Work Experience

  • Affinity with the technology industry
  • Competency in Microsoft Office programs (particularly Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • The person should be located in Washington.
