Job Summary: FIRST SHIFT
We are seeking a First Shift Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for hospitality and excellent customer service skills. This position involves interacting with guests, handling inquiries, and ensuring a positive guest experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out efficiently
- Handle guest requests and concerns promptly and courteously
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
- Operate phone systems, make reservations, and manage guest accounts
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or resort setting
- Knowledge of front desk operations and hotel management systems
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English; bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
- Ability to handle guest inquiries and complaints effectively
- Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and guest services best practices
