We are seeking an Assistant General Manager for our ice production facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the General Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the facility, ensuring that production targets are met, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities:

- Assist the General Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the ice production facility

- Ensure that production targets are met and that the facility operates efficiently

- Maintain a safe work environment for all employees

- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures

- Manage and train staff to ensure that they are meeting performance expectations

- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed

- Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and serviced

- Prepare reports on production and operational activities

Requirements

Requirements:

- 3 years of experience in a management role in a manufacturing or production environment

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

- Knowledge of production processes and equipment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

- Travel to outlying facilities as necessary
