Job Requirements:

• Must be knowledgeable in the construction and material handling industry and have prior parts management experience.
• Manage the oversight of two to four parts personnel.
• Handle weekly stock orders
• Expedite emergency parts orders
• Maintain inventory
• Understands and manages parts counter staff development
• Lead the parts sales team to provide quality service to our customers
• Maintain a current product knowledge of construction and material handling equipment
• Customer service and strong communication skills; skilled and experienced in customer relationship management and retention
• Must be a team player and possess strong leadership qualities
• Time management and the ability to delegate stores duties well
• Proficiency with OEM information systems; proficiency in MS Office applications and business systems
• Possesses a positive attitude and has the desire to win.
