We are a multidisciplinary group practice consisting of experienced speech therapists, occupational therapists, and physical therapists.

Summary of Position: The BCBA will provide treatment for children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder and other behavioral concerns. Also, the BCBA will be responsible for conducting Functional Behavior Assessments and developing Behavior Intervention Plans.
Role: The BCBA position is considered a leadership role within TIBS for Kids. The ideal candidate will be able to develop client treatment plans, as well as supervise Behavior Technicians to implement these plans. The BCBA will assist Behavior Technicians to overcome challenges and will answer questions about their daily client interactions. Solid communication skills and openness to feedback are necessary for this position. The BCBA must be organized, committed, and always willing to help and support all members of the team.
