The Treatment Foster Care Clinical Supervisor provides program management, program quality assurance, training, and development of the treatment services for the treatment foster care department. They operate at a high level of discretion and independent decision making. Clinical Supervisors provide clinical supervision to treatment foster care staff that strengthens and develops their capacity to effectively respond to a range of diagnostic and presenting problems. Clinical Supervisors build supervisee sensitivity toward individuals of diverse cultural, socioeconomic and life-style backgrounds; and support an organizational culture of tolerance, respect, recovery, and resiliency.
Qualifications
New Mexico licensed independent practitioner (psychiatrist, psychologist, LISW, LPCC. LMFT, psychiatrically certified nurse specialist) practicing within the scope of their licensure;
·Minimum two years experience working in the behavioral health field at the independently-licensed level;
·Minimum one year supervisory experience;
·Demonstrated ability to lead a clinical team;
