Imprimis Group, Inc. has partnered with a software and technology services company in Dallas, TX that is hiring a Business Analyst. The Business Analyst will be responsible for onboarding new alternative asset manager clients to the company platform. This includes but is not limited to becoming an expert in the system and working closely with clients to understand and document their current business documentation, workflows, and their approach to expense allocations; assisting clients with analyzing and organizing their data in preparation for implementing onboarding, running weekly calls with clients, creating and maintaining project plans and internal databases, setting up connectivity to their third parties, granting and maintaining client access to the software/system, and coordinating any ad hoc client deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day client implementations and project deliverables.
  • Workflow analysis, documentation, asset management and project deadlines.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and tax laws.
  • Assist in fully onboarding clients with white-glove service.
  • Support alternat asset managers according to deliverable deadlines, work with vendors including third-party vendors and within assigned budget.
  • Collaborate with compliance, accounting, client services and product development teams to ensure each layer in the analytics and onboarding process aligns with client expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and strategic decisions.
  • Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy of financial records.
  • Stay updated on accounting best practices, regulatory changes, and industry trends.
  • Expense reporting, ad hoc reporting, client deliverable reporting and support client initiatives.

Qualifications:

· 2 years’ experience in business analytics, client services, software implementation and/or deployment.

· Previous experience leading or having a large role in implementing a fintech product.

· Demonstrated success in project management.

· Strong background in process deliverables and project deadlines.

· Possesses the skills to learn quickly in a results-oriented and fast paced environment.

· Ability to simultaneously manage multiple workflows, while understanding the need for 100% accuracy.

· Ability to evaluate situations, prioritize accordingly, and make informed decisions with confidence.

· Collaborative team player committed to fostering a culture of client first service.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Have and exhibit high integrity, and strong moral character.

· Possess a strong emotional intelligence and an entrepreneurial spirit.

  • Technical proficiency including MS Office and other software implementation tools.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism when handling sensitive financial information.
