Job Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Usher/Ticket Taker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences and ensuring smooth event operations.

Responsibilities:

- Greet guests and scan tickets upon entry
- Provide directions and assistance to guests as needed
- Assist with crowd control and ensure orderly entry and exit
- Handle cash transactions for ticket sales and concessions
- Monitor assigned sections for safety and cleanliness
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient event flow

Experience:

- Prior experience in guest services or customer service preferred
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Strong conflict management skills to handle challenging situations effectively
- Experience in food service or hospitality is a plus
- Familiarity with public speaking engagements or interacting with children is beneficial
- Lifeguard certification or experience working in a resort setting is advantageous
