Qualifications
Strong customer service skills – outgoing, upbeat, easy going personality – likes dealing with people & is an active listener – able to stay calm & positive throughout guest interaction or in an adverse confrontation (on rare occasions)
Must be a team player, work well with others and also can work independently
Must be able to multi-task: answer phones, greet clients and be able to direct them through the facility, inform staff of guest arrivals, check-out clients, clean out and re-stock locker rooms, re-fill water pitchers throughout the day, etc.
