Matrix Systems Group, Inc. is Hiring a WebSphere Administrator Near Springfield, IL
We are seeking a WebSphere Administrator to provide support for the WebSphere service and applications.
Consultant must be able to work a hybrid schedule with the on site location being in Springfield, Illinois.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support for various departments' applications running on WebSphere and IBM WebSphere MQ
- Responsible for the installation, maintenance, support, and configuration of hardware and software
- Responsible for application deployments
- Maintain and update infrastructure documentation
- Complete implementation of security policies and filters associated with the tools
- Provide additional troubleshooting support
Qualifications/Required Skills:
- Experience with installation, maintenance, administration and monitoring of the WebSphere Software in a multi-platform environment
- Ability to provide proactive resolution of problems and/or alerts received by various monitoring and management systems.
- Ability to provide resolution of connectivity problems, assisting users, and debugging problems.
- Hands-on technical experience in support of software tools such as WebSphere Application Server.
