LOCATIONThis position is based at Hebrew Home of Greater Washington, located at 6121 Montrose Road in Rockville, Maryland. 
SHIFTS & STATUSThis is a full time, day shift position.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Demonstrate knowledge of basic electrical operating and troubleshooting procedures and repairs. 
• Demonstrate knowledge of basic plumbing operation and troubleshooting procedures and repairs.
• Demonstrate knowledge of basic air conditioning and refrigeration systems and equipment.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Kitchen and Laundry appliance troubleshooting and repairs.
• Demonstrate knowledge of computer based preventive maintenance systems and PC applications.
• Demonstrate knowledge of preventive maintenance processes and procedures.
• Demonstrate good communication skills.
• Demonstrate good customer experience skills.
• Demonstrate accountability.
• Respond to emergency calls from the building in the complex during non-regular hours.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• High-school diploma or GED. 
• Refrigerant Transition and Recovery Certification (CFC Universal Type).
• Three - Five years of experience working in Maintenance.
• Three - Five years of experience working in Skilled Nursing or Healthcare Setting.
