If you are 21 years of age or older and love a good day’s drive while being caffeinated and working with fun people, then this could be the job for you. This individual will ensure proper handling and delivery of products/materials, all while upholding our commitment to outstanding customer service in every personal interaction throughout the day. This individual serves as the face of Dillanos! Start time varies between 3:00 - 4:30 AM based off of route drive time and delivery area. All routes are based on an 8 hour work day. 

Qualifications

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Clock in on time and be prepared to accomplish any route.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections per Delivery Manual.
• Ensure route is done efficiently and accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.
• Maintain a high level of personal appearance and positive attitude.
• Account for all deliveries, product, coffee, and equipment on vehicle/route.
• Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of delivery vehicles and equipment.
• Always communicate issues on and off route with Delivery Supervisor, Delivery Lead, and co-workers.
• Deliver to all stands and all customers, regardless of who the customer is, where they are located, or the attire they wear.
• Delivery Driver must possess the ability to move with a sense of purpose and perform duties in a timely matter.
• Be proactive in all aspects of the delivery position.

Skill Requirements and Physical Demands

Must be 21 years old or older, have an acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Record), pass a pre-employment drug screening, physical, and background check, as well as be insurable to operate company vehicles. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, possess self-management and navigational skills, be able to perform basic math, written and verbal communication skills. 2 years of experience driving large box trucks and prior customer service preferred. This candidate will be required to properly lift up to 60lbs, continually climb in and out of delivery vehicle, walk, stand, bend, and sit for long periods of time.
