Type: 3-month contract with potential to extend, remote
Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Instructional Designer to join our team and assist with updating existing and designing new onboarding modules for sales associates. This role requires a creative and analytical individual with strong writing, video, visual design, and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather information and insights.
- Shadow field associates to gain a thorough understanding of their day-to-day activities and training needs.
- Script and storyboard engaging and effective learning content.
- Develop and build a variety of instructional materials including video content, eLearning modules, and job aids.
- Utilize video editing tools and the Microsoft Office Suite to create and refine content.
- Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to ensure content meets learning objectives and organizational goals.
- Manage projects to ensure timely delivery of training materials.
- Strong writing and visual design capabilities.
- Proficiency in video editing tools and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Ability to create engaging and informative content in various formats including video, eLearning, and job aids.
- Meet with SMEs to gather content requirements and understand training needs.
