**Overview:**

We are seeking an Guest Services Associate and to join our team. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. This role involves guest services, bartending and all aspects of hotel operations.

**Duties:**

- Coordinate and oversee day-to-day operational activities

- Manage all guest arrivals, requests, stays including all communication

- Handle incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel

- Operate the bar and check in area for all guests

- Help with overall hotel support, care and cleanliness

- Perform general clerical duties to support office operations

**Skills:**

The ideal candidate should have experience or knowledge in the following areas:

- Proficiency in using phone systems for handling calls efficiently

- Ability to type accurately and efficiently

- Food and Beverage experience

- Customer service background

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Shift:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift

Weekly day range:

• Every weekend
