The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for aiding with the daily administrative operations of the human resources department. Must maintain professional interactions with employees, management, and other business associates. Knowledge of office procedures, employee relations, and customer service standards are essential.
Requirements:Picks up all company mail from local post office and sorts in corresponding mailboxes. Answers and directs all telephone calls, answering routine questions from employees and applicants about employment procedures and policies, benefits, and other HR-related topics. Maintains employee files, active and inactive. Maintains company organizational charts and employee directories. ? Assist with the coordination of employee engagement activities among management company employees. Utilizes utmost confidentiality when work assignments are sensitive in nature and uses discretion, judgment, tact and diplomacy as necessary. ? Completes and audits PAN forms for accuracy. Forwards all corrections to appropriate departments. Manage users for PCC. Supports the legal department as needed.
