The Molding Process Technician is responsible for the set-up, processing and troubleshooting of horizontal plastic injection mold machines and Robotic equipment. Must be able to quickly identify and address processing issues, along with a wide knowledge of material variations. Strong ability to identify part defects and to root cause. Continuously monitors processes and equipment and communicates any issues to supervisor or quality. This position reports to the Molding Supervisor and serves as back up to the Molding Supervisor in their absence.

Qualifications:

Five years recent experience. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing (Kanban, 5s, Std, Work, Problem Solving etc.) High school diploma or GED is required.

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
