OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH NURSE F/T DAYS WITHIN 15 MINUTES OF LAFAYETTE, IN

Work-Comp Management Services (WCMS) is looking for an occupational health RN for days, for a very busy manufacturing facility in Lafayette, IN. This is a day shift position, M-F in a supportive work environment.

This is an hourly position, so OT applies. Well compensated, shared Call may be required.

EXCELLENT PAY AND BENEFITS. MAKE UP TO $51/hr

This position is for an occupational health RN (Or related hospital or clinic based experience). This nurse will be part of a medical team but will work independently, working closely with the employees, management, the medical director and outside entities.

Responsibilities include taking care of work-related injuries and follow ups, workers comp case management, medical surveillance activities (drug screening, blood draws, hearing, vision and other required screenings) and health and wellness program development and implementation.

We need a nurse who has strong communication and hands on treatment skills, with a proven track record of success and longevity with past employment. Preferably a work history that includes a progression of responsibilities with each position held. We prefer someone with occupational health, acute care or and or managerial experience, but we are willing to train the right motivated candidate who has worked in a related field (employee health, workers compensation management).
